I set up communications in the business in such a way that the business can grow and develop effectively: the development team gets quick feedback from the support team, the operations team gets timely information about the increase in demand.

👨‍🏫 Data driven & HiPPO research

I prefer to use the combo date driven and hippo method. I believe that new things cannot be seen on data, but can be felt through personal experience, emotions and sensations

About me

I like to create new things for people. For the last 10+ years I have been working in IT companies, where I have been involved in launching new products on the market: a financial platform for everyone without a bank account, a quick decision on a loan in 90 seconds, a carsharing service for taxi drivers (reached break-even point), express last-mile delivery in 30 minutes in CIS countries.
