Yandex is a tech company that creates intelligent products and services based on machine learning. Yandex is one of the fastest-growing IT with DAO of 55+ mln people.

My role: I am developing customer experience for clients of 100+ Yandex products with a total DAO 55+ mln people.

Responsibilities:

  • Methodology: developing new metrics, creating a workflow process, testing, stakeholder engagement
  • Product: hypothesis generation, MVP and roadmap development, improve user and product support metrics, project management, resource planning
  • Market research: customer development, analysing competitors, trends, market needs

Key Result: methodology for resolution metrics (FCR, Contact Resolution, Time Resolve and others) developed, pilots conducted, proven effective. Now the implementation stage is underway in all products on support.

Yandex, Growth product manager

August 2018 — February 2023

My role: I developed a last mile delivery product in 4 countries of CIS.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: creation/ideation of business development strategy for 4 countries, identifying growth points, setting up key product metrics
  • Product: hypothesis generation, MVP and roadmap development, product metrics boosting
  • Finance: compiling PnL, calculating unit economy, budget optimization
  • Market research: customer development, analytics of competitors, trends, market needs
  • Operations: project management, resource planning
  • Interaction with stakeholders at the level of the CEO of the product

Key results:

  • The winning strategy for the development of Yandex Delivery in Kazakhstan made it possible to achieve product-market fit and gave an increase in order volumes x3 in 1 year
  • Launch of the Uber Delivery product in Azerbaijan: market assessment, agreement on the legal scheme, formation, and launch of the product, search and conclusion of partnerships. Potential: revenue of $5 million in 1 year.

Sberbank, Senior project manager

April 2017 — August 2018

Sberbank is the largest universal bank in Russia and Eastern Europe. 100.5 million active retail customers and 2.8 million active corporate customers (2021 year).

My role: I developed innovative credit products.

Key result: The implementation of the MVP "Loan decision in 90 seconds" led to a reduction in the decision-making time from 2 days to 90 seconds, which confirmed the hypothesis of an increase in the number of loans issued. The results of this MVP enabled the implementation of a comprehensive ML solution to optimise the cost of servicing the decision process. As a result, from 30% (2017) to 70%+ (2021) of loans to individuals are issued online.

Tinkoff bank, Senior project manager

September 2014 — February 2017

Tinkoff Bank is a Russian commercial bank focused entirely on remote banking. World's largest online bank by number of customers (22.7 million customers in 2022)

My role: I developed an online bank and a portal for potential clients.

Key result: The launch of the financial supermarket Tinkoff.ru (the product “Credit products in the web Internet bank”, referral program) made it possible to open access to financial services for non-bank customers and expand self-service opportunities for bank customers. In 2016, 1 million clients were attracted (+20% YoY), and profit before tax increased by 5.7 times compared to the previous year.

I started my career at Yandex as a user support specialist for Yandex products (contextual advertising, statistical tools) and grew to the position of project manager in internet marketing.
